ALL CIRCUMSTANCES VOID REFUND ELIGIBILITY including:
- Immediate service activation upon payment

- Any attempt to use the service
- WhatsApp account creation or verification attempts
- Any telecommunications activity through the provided number
- User violation of terms of service
- Third-party service interruptions or blocks
3. Refund Process

NO STORE CREDIT or account credits are provided as alternatives to monetary refunds.
4.3 Processing Fees
ALL PROCESSING FEES ARE RETAINED along with the full payment amount, as no portion of any payment is refundable.
5. Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items
5.1 Digital Products After Download/Access
ALL VIRTUAL NUMBERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE immediately upon:
- Payment completion
- Number assignment
- Credential delivery
- Service activation
- Any access to account dashboard
5.2 Customized or Personalized Items
ALL VIRTUAL NUMBERS ARE CONSIDERED CUSTOMIZED as they are:
- Specifically provisioned through Twilio infrastructure
- Assigned exclusively to individual users
- Activated for immediate WhatsApp use
- Cannot be resold or reassigned
5.3 Services Already Rendered
SERVICES ARE CONSIDERED RENDERED immediately upon:
- Payment processing
- Number provisioning
- Account creation
- Service activation
- Credential delivery
6. Cancellation vs. Refund
6.1 Distinction Between Canceling Future Services and Refunding Past Payments
- CANCELLATION: Users may discontinue future service by contacting support@virtualwhatsapp.com and completing account resignation at app.virtualwhatsapp.com/account
- REFUND: No refunds are provided for any past payments, regardless of service cancellation timing
- CLEAR DISTINCTION: Canceling future service does not entitle users to refunds for any previous payments
6.2 Prorated Refunds for Subscription Services
NO PRORATED REFUNDS are provided for any subscription periods, including:
- Unused portions of paid periods
- Early cancellation of recurring services

- Partial month usage
- Any remaining subscription time
7. Third-Party Platform Risks

You acknowledge that our service depends on WhatsApp's platform, and NO REFUNDS are provided if:

- WhatsApp changes their policies or terms
- WhatsApp discontinues support for virtual numbers
- WhatsApp implements new verification requirements
7.2 Twilio Infrastructure Dependency
You acknowledge that our service uses Twilio's infrastructure, and NO REFUNDS are provided if:
- Twilio modifies their services or policies
- Twilio experiences service interruptions
- Twilio discontinues number provisioning
- Twilio implements new restrictions
8. Legal Consequences and Liability
8.1 User Assumption of Risk
By making payment, you assume all risks including but not limited to:
- Legal consequences of WhatsApp usage
- Account blocks or restrictions
- Service interruptions or failures
- Changes in third-party policies
8.2 No Liability for Non-Refund Policy
WE ASSUME NO LIABILITY for financial losses resulting from our no-refund policy, including but not limited to:
- Inability to use purchased services
- Third-party platform restrictions
- User dissatisfaction or regret
- Changed circumstances or needs
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Chargeback Prohibition
By accepting these terms, you agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals with your payment provider. Any such actions constitute breach of this agreement.

All disputes regarding refunds (or lack thereof) shall be resolved exclusively under Delaware law in Delaware courts.
